As mentioned in our latest Newsletter, we will be launching School Money for parents on Monday 24th of January. To try and ensure a smooth introduction, we won't be launching for all pupils and for all payments. Initially, School Money will be for school dinners and for children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
As Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children have universal free school meals, this won't affect them and it also means that we can see how well the system runs with a smaller number of users. This will hopefully mean that we can respond to any issues more quickly.
A letter was sent out on Monday 17th of January to provide parents with the information that they need for using the system. Remember, that we will still continue to take cash payments at the moment, but would encourage parents who can use the system to use it.
You should have received and email and a text message with your username, containing a link to access the online system, asking you to change your password the first time you log in. Please find attached a copy of the Parent's User Guide which contains full details of the system, and by all means contact the School Office if you need any additional support.
