Tuesday 9 May 2023 King's Coronation Celebrations The children at the Meadows had the most amazing day celebrating the King's Coronation last week. They took part in a host of different activities such as creating their own King's portraits, having an outdoor picnic, decorating their doors and coming together to sing 'Sing for the King' at the end of the day.

Saturday 25 March 2023 Morrison's Donation On World Book Day we were pleased to welcome Jane Williamson ( Morrison's community Champion) and she presented the School with a hamper of books for the Library. Thursday 8 December 2022 Parking It is with great regret that we continue to have to communicate about parking around the school. Thank you to parents and carers who walk, cycle or scoot to school, or, where driving is necessary, park considerately. However, there are still cases everyday of parents and carers parking in ways that are inconsiderate to others, and potentially dangerous to the pupils at our school.

Thursday 8 December 2022 Christmas Party Letter Our Christmas Party will be on Friday 16th December and the children can come to school in their party clothes on this day. Tuesday 11 October 2022 Hodgehill Dodgeball Club Hodgehill Dodgeball Club will be launching their first dodgeball club on 3rd November for children age between 7 - 11 years old. This is not a club that the school is running so enquiries about the club need to be sent directly to them.

Thursday 8 September 2022 Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth We at The Meadows Primary School are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. She has been the source of inspiration and pride for our school and country for several decades. Her qualities of duty, decency, integrity and fidelity as well as the love and affection she bestowed on our nation will always be remembered.

Monday 11 July 2022 Queen's Jubilee We celebrated the Queen's jubilee by singing 3 different songs together as a school including the national anthem. We also had an outdoor picnic which we loved.
